Muddy, Stuck in Bike Training Sunday, July 18, 2010 at 10:17PM Starting to get back into it had a good ride with Steve today 120kms covered not pain in the Collar Bone.
Recovery in Bike Training Sunday, July 18, 2010 at 3:20PM Well its been 6 weeks and its time to get back in the Saddle. Steve and I rode out to Salisbury right passed the spot that I broke my collar bone but all was fine and we had a good ride. I took it as easy as I could but Steve was out on a mission so it ended up been a fast ride. Very enjoyable to be back on the bike.
Tidworth in Bike Training Sunday, July 4, 2010 at 8:34PM Steve out at the Penn Wood Enduro with me been pit crew. Of course I had to take his bike for a spin at the lunch break up the track it was so good to be on the bike again only 4 weeks after my Collar Bone. PS don't tell the other half ;-)
