TRACK INFORMATION
The track is on of the most scenic and remote enduro rallye tracks to be found anywhere in mainland Europe. A rallye ride over the mountain tops and down into the valleys with climbing and downhill challenges in the forests to keep the mind alert.

Stairway to Heaven
Your going at least half way to heaven, it´s a wet and slippy stairway to get there. You think you reached the top then there is one more steep grass field to climb, then nearing the top you have to get into and through a steep forest and then another steep grass field. But if when you make it to the top, stop for a second or two, you will have climbed so high there are now mountains below you.

5 hour river (Pro, Trial, Expert)
It is a long long way up the river, it sure feels like it is going to take hours. For expert riders a big challenge and a lot of effort may be needed.

Red Bull Romaniacs is the Prologue

The Prolog – The extreme show of motorcycles within Sibiu's Town Center

Saturday 16th of July 2011 / Sibiu’s Town Center

The now legendary debut of the Rally presents the prolog of the Red Bull Romaniacs, wherein we have to prove our endurance, riding skills and experience in front of thousands of fans, television crews and journalists.

The stars of this sport will stand out in this extreme race within Sibiu’s town center – where artificial obstacles create an amazing motorcycle show.

The unpredictable, as well as the contestants, who amaze with their abilities in extreme conditions, will keep the audience in a breathtaking trance throughout the entire race.

In other words, the prologue of the Red Bull Romaniacs is the sum of all the ideas, experiences and the philosophies of this competition – a difficult contest, where only the best can win.

We encourage Red Bull Romaniacs fans to browse information on the site and check with the media to find out more details regarding the exact location and timing of the event.

Steve and I had two time trialled runs, Steve had a good first run with no real problems I got a bit messy at the last set of tyres. The second run for me was excellent and I ended up qualifying 8th overall. Photo is the final which you can see me on the Husaberg 2nd from the right. Unfortunately I got hit at the tyres from behind an dropped the bike overall I was happy with the prologue.
