I came off the bike lastnight I was going pretty quick & the ground is rock hard rode home. Very sore today, waiting 4 Xray fingers crossed

Don't ask ... I'm too embarrassed

“I just can’t believe it...” as the saying goes. Half away around our 170km training ride and just after filling the bikes up mine stopped. You may want to know why but I’m too embarrassed to write it down.  All I can say is it has to do with the type of fuel the bike uses .... I got it royally wrong!!

Steve is never going to let me live this one down... ever! He had to go and get the trailer a 2.5 hour round trip.
