Out surfing again

Went surfing with my brother again today at Ohope Beach, Moko the local Dolphin was around again today but a little further off shore. No run today as the surfing was more than enough of a workout. I had forgotten how hard of a workout surfing is, all that paddling my arms and the rest on my body are feeling it tonight.
