Friday, January 22, 2010 at 10:39AM We headed over to Gisborne today with Craig (Brother) and his family it is a about a two hour drive from Ohope Beach. Went out for a surf around 18:30 for a few hours. Yes, I put Surfing down as training beacuse it knackers you but in a nice way.

Ohope, Run in Fitness Training Monday, January 18, 2010 at 9:58AM We have arrived into New Zealand for a break with the family and a catch-up with the parents and the brother. Landing in New Zealand on my birthday the 18th January after stopover in Singapore, we headed straight down to Ohope Beach to my Parents home. Weather here has been perfect a nice 29.5c first day back and I was out surfing with my brother at 07:30 in just a pair of board shorts stark difference from the 30cm of snow we left in the UK. Glenn
