Glenn Morgan in Bike Training, Crash

Had a big off today down a wet slippery lane. I hit a tree root that was in a deep puddle that was about one meter long and about half a meter deep. Well it is amazing how quickly you can go from 130kmh (82mph) to zero. I walked away with nothing more than bruised hip and sore knee. All I can say is thank-you to Dainese (back protector and body armor), Leatt (neck brace), Arai (Helmet), CTi (Knee guards), Sinisalo (enduro jacket), my now knackered Sinisalo (endure pants) and finally Icebreaker top for keeping me warm as it was very cold.
